The creation story of ancient Israel  recorded in scripture says that God breathed the earth into life from a formless void.  A powerful breath…a big breath…perhaps something like that of clap of thunder…some might call it a bang

Breath can be quiet and calm, but don’t mistake it for powerless.  Breath marks our existence, runs our bodies, creates words…

Life and breath intricately intermingled and intwined…inseparably bound together…breath and word…one impossible without the other…creation and creativity…all begins

Each time we fill our lungs with breath, may we also be filled with the knowledge of the powerful source which gives us life…yyyyyhhhhhwwwwwhhhh….the source of creation and creativity…the source of the energy, the magic, the light in this world….
