Contemplations

The idea of contemplative practice is an ancient one, and we believe the antidote to much of today’s lived anxiety. In our contemplative offerings we create opportunities to engage various spiritual practices with no prior experience or religious affiliation needed. These ancient tools, reimagined for today’s world, will help you cultivate calm in your life and begin (or continue) to fill a pool of peace within, equipping us to better handle the world without.

Contemplations will be held at Ormond Memorial Museum “Board Room” at 3pm and will last about an hour. We recommend attending classes for more insight and information on the practices we will engage.
